Hello everyone! Thanks again to all our clients these past months as we've gone through some major changes with our painting service and website design. 2012 brings forth our new business structure which features more products, more events, and a better service to our clients.
AI Collectibles has seen a major increase in painting commissions over the past months. So much so that our deadlines are being far surpassed by the workload. Until further notice, we have suspended our commission service until our past commissions have been completed. To help with the overflow of commissions, we've found a select number of local artists that can match AIC's painting standards. Due to the outsourcing of commissions, we're currently out of the studio and continuing to manage our new business structure. We will be stopping into the studio, only to photograph, film, and ship out orders.
Our new structure for commissions has changed. We will continue to sell painted armies and single models, but only in our online store. This will allow our turnarounds to be more controlled and for clients to still have a great selection of products, without having to wait.
