Follow these quick and easy steps to complete your order!
STEP 1.) Create a list of miniatures you would like to order and have painted.
When searching through our list of manufactures, be sure to note down the exact title and product number when creating your list. Once the order is sent over, we'll give you an exact quote. The shipping costs will be calculated into the price we give you. US shipping is a flat rate of $10, Canada for $40, and anywhere else for $50. Free shipping when you spend $500 or more. (Free for US residence only, discounted rate available for international shipping)
AI Collectibles will always take creative license when painting your miniatures unless you otherwise specify painting instructions. The color scheme we select will always be what the manufacture features on their website. It's very helpful if you attach reference pictures or links within an email, along with a short description.
STEP 3.) You will receive a fund request via email.
Once the request has returned and your payment has been processed, the models will be ordered, painted,
and shipped directly to your home.
AI Collectibles requires the full amount paid upfront before we order you miniatures. We do offer a split payment option were you pay half upfront, and the other once your product arrives to our studio. We normally receive the product within one week from our supplier. Remember, if we do not receive specific painting instructions, AI Collectibles will take artistic license when painting your miniatures.
